Snap a photo of the problem or suggest an improvement. AI sorts it by type and severity, and Quorum checks the location to see who's responsible.

Potholes, streetlights, and sidewalks are public: they belong to the town, the state, or a federal agency. Problems at a home or business are private. Quorum suggests which it is, and you make the call.

Neighbors upvote public reports, so the problems that affect the most people rise to the top, not whoever calls the most.

Public reports stay on the map and in the feed until they're resolved, and you get an alert in the app when yours is.

Quorum Civil is the community layer of local government. Snap a photo, drop a pin, and let your neighbors weigh in. The public reports with the most upvotes rise to the top for the whole town to see.
It's also a social platform. Every issue has its own thread, and residents chat, react, and tag issues in a live town feed. The funniest pothole, the most egregious sidewalk, the flooding that's been ignored for three years: keep it in your town's feed or share it with everyone on the global feed.
Problems at home work differently. Mark a report private and it stays off the map and out of every feed, unless you choose to share it on the global feed.
