_ quorum civil
Quorum Civil turns your neighborhood into a civic force. Report what's broken, on your street or at home, see who's responsible, and let your community decide what gets attention first. Not a complaint box. A platform for how your town should work.
Free. Works in any browser.
_ how it works
01
Snap a photo of the problem or suggest an improvement. AI sorts it by type and severity, and Quorum checks the location to see who's responsible.
02
Potholes, streetlights, and sidewalks are public: they belong to the town, the state, or a federal agency. Problems at a home or business are private. Quorum suggests which it is, and you make the call.
03
Neighbors upvote public reports, so the problems that affect the most people rise to the top, not whoever calls the most.
04
Public reports stay on the map and in the feed until they're resolved, and you get an alert in the app when yours is.

_ live map
Open Quorum Civil and see the public issues reported in your town pinned on an interactive map, color-coded by priority and updated in real time. Private reports never appear on it.
Tap any pin to open the full issue thread, read the discussion, and add your vote. The map is how your town sees itself.
_ civic score
Every report filed, vote cast, comment made, and issue resolved earns Civic Score points. Compete on the national leaderboard, see how your town stacks up against others, or chase badge milestones that mark your impact on the community.
Towns are ranked by Works Score, a composite of resolution rate, issues in progress, and community engagement. The leaderboard holds everyone accountable.
